1. Introduction

These terms and conditions govern access to digital education offerings on StaffLearningEdge.com ("Platform"). By registering for or using any of our offerings, you agree to comply with these terms.

2. Definitions

Services refers to live or recorded guided training sessions provided by StaffLearningEdge.
Infoproducts refers to downloadable or streaming course materials, guides, quizzes, and related digital resources.
Goods refers to physical items sold through the Platform, including books, branded merchandise, and kits.

3. Access and Use

To access any offering, you must register and provide accurate information. Your login credentials are personal and non-transferable. You agree not to share access or use the Platform in violation of any law or these terms.

4. Fees and Payment

All fees are payable in advance. Accepted payment methods are displayed during checkout. Access is granted only after payment is confirmed.

5. Refund and Cancellation Policy

5.1 Services

Cancellations made at least 7 calendar days prior to the scheduled start date qualify for a full refund of your payment. To request cancellation or rescheduling, submit a request via our contact form. Refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 14 days of approval. Alternatively, you may opt to reschedule your session at no extra charge, subject to availability.

5.2 Infoproducts

Refunds for infoproducts are available only if the download or streaming link has not been accessed and the request is submitted within 14 calendar days of purchase via our contact form. Once access has been activated, no refund will be issued due to immediate delivery of digital content.

5.3 Goods

Physical items may be returned within 30 calendar days of delivery. Returns must be unused, in original packaging, and shipped to:
1 Temasek Avenue, #05-01, Suntec City Tower One, Singapore 038987. Upon receipt and inspection, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 14 days. Return shipping for defective items is covered by StaffLearningEdge; otherwise, return shipping costs are borne by you.

5.4 Non-Refundable Situations

Custom one-to-one mentorship engagements or bespoke development services that commence immediately upon confirmation are non-refundable. This policy helps fair compensation for allocated expert time and preparation.

6. Modification of Terms

StaffLearningEdge reserves the right to update or amend these terms at any time. Changes take effect upon publication at StaffLearningEdge.com. Continued use of the Platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

7. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, StaffLearningEdge’s total liability arising from or related to these terms shall not exceed the fees paid for the specific offering that gave rise to the claim.
